Quotes & pricing

Prices shown on this website are typical starting estimates and may vary based on system size, roof type, access, equipment, and site conditions. A quote is not a binding contract until we both confirm the scope, price, and schedule.

Communications by WhatsApp

When you contact us using a “WhatsApp Us” button, our on-site chat, or the contact form, you consent to us replying through the same channel to respond to your request. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Scheduling & access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property and roof for the scheduled survey or installation. If we cannot safely access or work on the roof, we will discuss alternatives with you before proceeding.

Warranties & limitation of liability

We perform our work with reasonable care using Tier-1 equipment and EMA-compliant, licensed installation methods. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, latent defects, or manufacturer equipment failures unrelated to our work.
